Sexual fitness

Good news - you don’t have to be a world class athlete. More good news - you have to have a base level of physical fitness. Sex is physically exhausting (if done right). If done right, however, it will bring you so much pleasure you won’t even notice the exhaustion.

If you happen not to have a base level of physical fitness, it will prevent you from achieving your potential. You should be able to do jogging lightly for good twenty minutes. You should have a basic level of cardiovascular fitness. You must train it. You could do short periods (30-60 seconds) of intense cardiovascular activity and then long periods (2-5 minutes) of less intense cardiovascular activity.

Then, you should have some basic training of strength. Total body weight training would be okay. Also that would increase your levels of testosterone. You don’t have to be a bodybuiler, just don’t be a weakling either. Work especially on your abdominal, lower back, hip and gluteal muscles during workouts. That should do.
